Stopped in for early dinner. $190.00 for 3. Had 2 orders of Jerk lamb chops, 1 shrimp & crab pasta. 1 Canvas special appetizer + extra order of wings. 3 drinks (happy hour ) The food was ok, presentation lacking, mac & cheese dry, veggies decent ( collards ). However, Deja & Summer were what you want in restaurant representation !! Basically, I wouldn't return, however, the wait staff made me think possibly 1 more try in the future, but I will check to see who's the chef. 😉

This is not the place to come and eat a good meal. The drinks are delicious & very creative. They have a great music selection & have hookah. This is a place for vibes — NOT food. My group said the wings were good & the Mac and cheese was tasty. Drinks were good. I ordered the brunch skillet and everything looked thrown together. The eggs were over cooked and the cheddar cheese was dry and hard. I also ordered the waggle flights and the waffles were so soft. On top of this 4/6 people in the group received their food and my partner and I had to wait 20 minutes for ours. One would think that as long they took they’d be coming with a masterpiece but NO. I didn’t expect much because the reviews speak for themselves but I had hope. Music, hookah and drinks yes. Anything else, no. I will say our waitress was awesome.

Canvas has an amazing atmosphere. The energy is on point but not over the top...and that's good. They play a nice variety of R&B, and the servers are all cool. My food and drinks are always good, and I enjoy their happy hour specials. I'm looking forward to visiting more often this summer.

Very unique place with AMAZING food. We came here before an event at Granby Theatre and were greeted with kindness. Our server, Trevor, was friendly and upbeat. We tried their sampler platter and it did not disappoint. We had crab cake sliders, wings, calamari, and best of all…THE DEVILED EGGS. Definitely stop by and enjoy this spot! Cocktails were also strong and delicious 🤤

Let me tell you…. If you haven’t eaten at this place, please don’t hesitate to stop in and check them out. I brought my wife here for her birthday for brunch and all I could say is wow. I normally tip the waiter or waitress, but I told my waitress to go get the chef, I tipped the chef. That’s how good the food is here. Thank you Canvas for the experience because we will definitely be back to join you guys.
